These anonymized examples come from dated Merchant Center screenshots. Each card states what the screenshots show, including differences in catalog size and unresolved warnings. The figures describe product status, not advertising returns.

ACCOUNT RECOVERY · GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER
From suspension to active product listings
The challenge
A Merchant Center account was suspended for data quality issues, affecting all 647 items shown in the earlier diagnostic snapshot. Unavailable landing page warnings were also present.
What the record shows
The diagnostic focus was account status, product data quality, and landing page availability. The later screenshot documents the account as reactivated and products active.
Measurement context: The item total changed between screenshots (647 to 342). The later snapshot still shows 33 disapproved products and remaining landing page and identifier warnings. It does not show sales or advertising performance.
CATALOG HEALTH · GOOGLE SHOPPING
Clearing disapprovals in a 22,000 item catalog
The challenge
A large Merchant Center catalog had item disapprovals alongside a substantial approved product set.
What the record shows
The work centered on Merchant Center diagnostics and catalog health. The later snapshot shows no disapproved items, while the catalog remained close to 22,000 active items.
Measurement context: These are separate dated diagnostic snapshots and the active item count changed by 35. Other warnings, including image quality, long size values, and missing GTIN values, were still visible after the disapproval count reached zero.
PRODUCT IDENTIFIERS · GTIN
Resolving a missing identifier warning
The challenge
A Merchant Center diagnostic showed limited performance due to missing GTIN, MPN or brand identifiers for 49 of 123 items.
What the record shows
The work focused on product identifier data in the feed. In the later diagnostic view, the missing identifier warning is no longer listed.
Measurement context: The later snapshot still shows a separate warning for 17 items with too many size values. The screenshots establish a diagnostic change, not a measured change in Shopping performance.
ENTERPRISE FEEDS · GMC
Catalog management at million item scale
The challenge
A high volume Merchant Center account had more than 190,000 disapproved items in an earlier view.
What the record shows
The later diagnostic view shows zero disapproved items and more than 1.3 million active items. This demonstrates experience investigating feed quality at enterprise catalog scale.
Measurement context: The product total changed materially between the dated screenshots. These views cannot show that each of the earlier disapproved products was fixed individually. Several non-disapproval warnings remained in the later view.
AMAZON CATALOG & ACCOUNT HEALTH
Building a cleaner, connected Amazon catalog
41/41 SKUs
The challenge
Large catalogs needed consistent variation structures, corrected listing content, and prompt action on account health issues across international marketplaces.
What we did
Built and submitted bulk flat-file updates; followed up with Seller Support on locked content; prepared category applications; resolved listing violations; and tracked account health across 11 country marketplaces.
Documented results
- 41 of 41 SKU rows processed successfully for an apparel variation family.
- A separate German-market variation family processed 6 of 6 records.
- Four documented cases confirmed listing reinstatement and removal of the associated violation records.
- A three-week monitoring sample recorded 0.00% order defect rate and 0.00% late shipment rate.
This study combines separate catalog and account-management examples. Metrics describe the documented work and reporting windows; they are not a single-account growth comparison.
FBA OPERATIONS & RECOVERY
Tracking missing inventory through to reimbursement
€725.31 recovered
The challenge
Inbound quantity differences and fee discrepancies needed investigation, supporting records, and follow-up through Amazon’s case process.
What we did
Prepared FBA shipments and labels, coordinated parcel and freight plans, reconciled expected versus received quantities, submitted eligible investigations, and logged case IDs and confirmed reimbursement amounts.
Documented results
- €725.31 recovered across 13 confirmed cases in the documented tracking period.
- A complex inbound plan covered 1,146 units, 15 SKUs, and 390 boxes across three shipments.
- Separate weight/dimension cases recorded CA$8.29 per unit and US$73.97 per unit in confirmed reimbursements.
The euro total covers the 13 tracked missing-unit cases only. Separate currencies and per-unit fee reimbursements are not added to that total. Shipment examples are separate operational records.
MULTI-MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS
Coordinating catalogs and operations across platforms
10 sales channels
The challenge
Each platform has different catalog rules, order workflows, and reporting. Managing them requires platform-specific checks and coordinated follow-through.
What we did
Managed product content, orders, fulfillment monitoring, payment reconciliation, and incident tracking across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier One, Target Plus, Wayfair, Macy’s, Beyond, Michaels, and Faire.
Documented results
- Walmart’s recorded content quality score was 93.58%, with 1,457 of 1,796 items rated Good and no items rated Poor.
- A Shopify 30-day snapshot showed 25,273 sessions, $3,070.08 in sales, and 28 orders.
- Michaels all-time reporting showed $319.6K in sales and 6,333 units sold.
These are separate account dashboard snapshots with different reporting periods, not combined revenue or a measured uplift attributable solely to our work. The source does not specify the dollar currency for these snapshots.
