Product Feed Management & Optimization Services
Product data feed experts for Google Shopping and ecommerce catalogs.
Managing product feeds becomes harder as your catalog, advertising channels, and target markets grow. Missing attributes, incorrect variants, and outdated prices can leave your team repeatedly fixing the same problems.
Exultant Commerce helps ecommerce brands and agencies manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center, Meta, Microsoft Merchant Center, and Pinterest.
Start with a focused audit, get help with a specific feed problem, or arrange ongoing management.

Choose the support your business needs
Product Feed Audit
A one-time review with prioritized issues, affected product examples, source checks, and recommended corrections.
Feed Setup & Optimization
Connect product sources, map required attributes, and establish feed rules. Improve verified titles, descriptions, categories, images, and variant details. Where supported, advertising titles can differ from storefront titles.
Custom Labels & Multi-country Feeds
Organize products by price range, season, category, or stock status. Bestseller and margin-based labels use the sales or cost data you provide. Review country-specific prices, currencies, landing pages, availability, and shipping settings.
Ongoing Feed Management
Scheduled diagnostics, new-product checks, rule maintenance, and change reports. Monitoring frequency is agreed around your catalog and workload.
GMC Suspension Review
A separately scoped website, account, and feed review with a corrective-action plan and review-request support. Google controls reinstatement decisions.
Agency Feed Support
Support across multiple client accounts, with agreed access, priorities, approval workflows, and account-level reporting.
What is holding your product feed back?
- Products missing or disapproved: investigate processing, required attributes, identifiers, and diagnostics.
- Prices or stock out of sync: compare the source, submitted feed, and landing page.
- Shipping or currency warnings: review country coverage, shipping settings, and price formats.
- Image and landing-page issues: investigate inaccessible links and processing problems.
- Missing product details: correct size, color, age group, and variant mappings using verified information.
Connect your product feeds with conversion tracking
Your catalog and tracking should describe the same products and customer actions. Our tracking service reviews product ID matching, purchase events, revenue values, currencies, and duplicate-event handling across the agreed platforms.
Product feed management for agencies
Bring a product data feed specialist into your client delivery workflow. We support paid media and ecommerce agencies with feed audits, DataFeedWatch rules, Shopify catalog connections, Merchant Center troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance. White-label working arrangements, communication and responsibilities are agreed before the project starts.
Keep each client's setup and approvals clear
Start with an account register covering the store, selling countries, feed app, Merchant Center property and account owner. Agree who can change source data, who approves rule changes and who speaks with the client. Use platform invitations for access rather than shared passwords.
Prioritize the issue behind the warning
For each issue, record the affected products and market, the controlling source, the proposed correction and the validation step. Urgent price or availability mismatches need a different response from a planned title test. Changes to a shared rule should be checked against the other products and markets it affects.
Receive a useful client handover
The agreed handover can include an issue register, rule changes, validation samples, unresolved dependencies and the next review date. Feed approval and advertising performance are reported separately. Meet Waqas Mehboob, the Google Shopping and data feed specialist, and see our documented product feed projects.
A clear workflow from review to handover
01 · Review
Inspect your store, product source, channel connections, and a sample of affected products.
02 · Improve
Agree priorities, then apply the scoped product-data corrections and channel-specific rules.
03 · Monitor
Check subsequent updates and provide a change log, findings, and a handover or ongoing monitoring plan.
What you receive
- A prioritized account and feed review.
- Documented product-data corrections and rules.
- Checks on the agreed channels and product samples.
- A clear handover or ongoing maintenance plan.
Product approval and shopping-feature availability are determined by each platform. Feed management does not guarantee approval or sales results.

Product feed management questions
When do I need a product feed expert?
Specialist help is useful when errors keep returning, several data sources overwrite each other, or a catalog spans multiple markets and advertising channels. Start with an audit of the current setup so the proposed work addresses the cause rather than repeatedly correcting the same product.
Do I need new feed software or management of my existing tool?
We review the current connector, rules and channel requirements first. Many issues can be addressed in the existing setup. A migration is considered when the current tool cannot support the required mappings, markets or maintenance workflow. We work with tools such as DataFeedWatch, Simprosys, GoDataFeed and Feedonomics.
Can you improve Google Shopping titles without changing Shopify titles?
Where the connector supports separate output rules, Shopping titles can be managed independently of storefront titles. The title must still describe the actual product and variant. We check the next synchronization to confirm the intended wording and attributes remain in place.
How do you manage feeds for several countries?
We compare each market’s offer, currency, availability, landing-page URL, shipping coverage and source settings. We also check which connector controls each destination. A translated title or changed currency field alone does not establish a valid local offer.
What affects the price of product feed management?
Scope depends on catalog and variant count, number of channels and markets, data quality, access requirements and monitoring frequency. A defined audit or fix project is quoted separately from ongoing management. Share these details with your enquiry so we can agree the deliverables and fee.
What should I send for a feed review?
Send your store URL, feed tool or source, approximate product count, selling countries and a few example issues. We can discuss the scope before requesting account access. Use platform user permissions when access is needed and keep passwords out of the enquiry.
