Exultant Commerce provides product feed management, marketplace management, and conversion tracking services to ecommerce brands and agencies. We are based in Pakistan and work with businesses worldwide.

Information you send us

Enquiry form. When you submit the form on our contact page we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and your website or store URL if you choose to provide it. The enquiry is emailed to us and a copy is stored in our website database so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Email and WhatsApp. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you send and your email address or phone number. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Free tools. Information you enter into our free tools or the “Suggest a Tool” form may be sent to our server so that your request can be processed. Please do not enter confidential or personal data into the tools.

Please do not send passwords, account credentials, or confidential customer data through the form, email, or WhatsApp. We never need these to review an enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Security logs. Our website security software records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to detect and block malicious activity.

Analytics and cookies. Our website may load Google services, such as Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, which can set cookies and collect usage information such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your information

Client account access

If we work together, any access to your stores, advertising accounts, or merchant accounts is agreed in the project scope and handled through the platform’s own user-access features where available. That access is governed by our agreement with you, not by this website policy.
